  • 🥛 Perishable Items (Dairy, Bakery, Fresh Produce): Must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any issue should be reported immediately to our delivery partner or within 3 hours of delivery.

  • 📦 Packaged Staples & Essentials (Atta, Dal, Oil, Spices, Personal Care, Cleaning Supplies): Eligible for return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery, provided the seal remains intact and original packaging is preserved.

2. 🔍 Eligibility Criteria for Returns

We gladly provide an instant exchange or full refund under the following circumstances:

  • ⚠️ Item is damaged, leaked, or past its expiration date.

  • ❌ Incorrect product or quantity delivered.

  • 📦 Product packaging or quality is compromised upon unboxing.

3. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds cannot be accepted for:

  • ⚡ UPI / Online Payments: Refunds are initiated instantly upon approval and reflect in your bank account within 24–48 hours.

  • 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are transferred directly via UPI (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm) or credited toward your next grocery order.

  • ❌ Free Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order free of charge anytime before it is dispatched for delivery.
